Spanish Rice ( see my mom's recipe for Spanish Rice),
Mexican Taco spices,
Taco shells,
Cheddar cheese,
Shredded lettuce,
Diced tomatoes,
Salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Add a package of taco spices to the Spanish Rice and heat.
Bake tacos and fill with the meat mixture.
Add tomatoes, lettuce, cheese and salsa.
