1 lb. ground turkey,
1 green pepper,
1 large white onion,
1 28 oz. can whole tomatoes,
2 tbsp. spicy brown mustard
olive oil
1 cup cooked rice
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground turkey and drain. Dice peppers and onions and saute in olive oil. Add the turkey back to the pan, add can of tomatoes. Bring to a low boil. Add mustard. Add either Minute Rice or long cooking rice to the pan. Yield should be one cup rice. Will need to break up tomatoes as cooking. Add water as needed.
