1/2 cup flour
2 tsp.salt
1/4tsp.pepper
6 slices of eye round
1-1/2 inch thick
1/2 cup thinly sliced onion rings
1/4 cup shortening
1(8oz) can tomato sauce,
1 cup pizza sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
combine flour,salt and pepper pound into meat. Brown onions lightly in hot fat in large skillet. Remove onions and brown meat. Place onions on top of meat. Add tomato and pizza sauces. Cover and simmer for 1-1/2 to 2 hours until tender.serve sauce with meat.
