2 oz Bakers Unsweetened Chocolate, cut into pieces

2/3 c cold milk
2 c sugar
Dash of salt
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Add chocolate to the milk and place over a low flame. Cook until mixture is smooth, stirring constantly. Add sugar, salt and stir until mixture boils. Cook without stirring until it forms a soft ball stage (232 F) in water. Add butter, vanilla, cream of tartar and cool to luke warm. Beat till it thickens add nuts if you want.
