1 cup chopped sweet red pepper
1 cup chopped green pepper
11/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onions
2 cups white vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. turmeric
4 cups whole kernel corn(fresh)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan combine the chopped red and green peppers,celery,onion,vinegar,sugar,salt, and celery seed. Bring to a boil and simmer a few minutes stirring occasionally. Add dry mustard,turmeric and corn and simmer for 5 min.
Drain most of the liquid off leaving just enough to keep the relish moist. Seal in hot jars or keep it in refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
