5 - 5 c flour
2 pkg yeast
2 c milk
6 oz swiss cheese, cut up
4 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp salt
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 2 cups of flour and yeast. Heat the milk add cheese, butter, and salt until warm. Add to dry ingredients. Add eggs and beat 1/2 of dough on low speed for 3 minutes. Then on high adding the rest of the flour. Knead until smooth and rise until it doubles. 1 hours. Roll in a rectangle and tie in loose knots. Let them rise 1 hour. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
