"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
1/2 can (6oz) guava juice concentrate 1/2 can (6oz) white grape juice concentrate 1/2 can (6oz) pineapple juice concentrate 1/2 can (6oz) orange juice concentrate 2 liters ginger-ale 1 package frozen raspberries 1 ice mold (papaya juice)
One day ahead of time, make papaya juice ice mold by combining frozen concentrated papaya juice with enough water to fill a ring shaped jello mold that will fit nicely into your punch bowl. Freeze overnight. Combine juice concentrates in a punch bowl. Add enough ginger ale to mix the juices; then add the rest of the ginger-ale and frozen raspberries. Float papaya ice mold on top. (Sometimes these juices are hard to find so I substitute 12 oz cans of Goya guava, mango and papaya nectar's instead, and add enough ginger-ale to fill bowl).
For my grandchildren it just isn't Christmas without this punch. I know because I didn't make it one year.
