1 lb. boneless chicken thigh meat
1 cup mayonnaise
2 TBS diced sweet pickle relish
1 stalk celery, finely diced
1 1/2 tsp yellow mustard
1 tsp sugar
3 hard boiled eggs, finely diced
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Season meat with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Roast in oven at 350 for 25 min or until internal temperature reaches 165. Cool. Finely chop. Add everything else.
