2 c. garbanzo beans 2 c. kidney beans 2 c. black beans 1/4 c. green onions or scallions 1/4 c. cilantro 1/3 c. red wine vinegar 1/3 c. olive or canola oil 1 tsp. cumin seed salt and pepper to taste feta cheese to taste
Mix all together except feta cheese. Toss feta gently. Refrigerate.
