1 C Buttermilk
1 C Flour
1/2 Tsp Season Salt
2 Tsp House Seasoning
House Seasoning:
1 C Salt
1/4 C Black Pepper
1/4 Garlic Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle season salt on both sides of chops, then dip chops in the buttermilk coating both sides then add to the flour/house seasoning mixture, shake off excess flour. Fry in a little oil and butter until done.
