1/4 cup butter
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup milk
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
16 oz monteray jack cheese-grated
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach-thawed & drained

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9 x13 in baking dish. Mix toghether all ingredients and pour into the baking dish.
Bake uncovered 35 minutes, or until top is brown and bubbly. Cool 10 minutes, cut into squares. Serve warm
