2 disposable pizza pans
2 tubes of sugar cookie dough
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
12 oz. cool whip, thawed
1 c. powdered sugar

Sliced fruit (strawberries, bananas, mandarin oranges, kiwi, blueberries, raspberries)

Directions:
Directions:
Press cookie dough into greased pizza pan. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until cookie is done. Cool. Mix softened cream cheese, cool whip and powdered sugar. You can add more powdered sugar if you want it sweeter. Spread on cookies. Add sliced fruit in rows starting from the outside edge to the inside. Slice and serve. If you are going to serve later, wait to put fruit on that might brown.

Chocolate Option: Use 2 tubes of chocolate chip cookie dough. Use same cream cheese spread. Top pizza with chopped up candy bars (M&M's, Peanut Butter Cups, Snickers, etc.) Sprinkle candy on pizza and drizzle with hot fudge and caramel sauces.
