2 bananas
1 stick of butter
2/3 c. brown sugar, light or dark
1/4 c. dark rum
1/4 c. banana liquor
1 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Slice bananas
Melt stick of butter over medium heat
Add brown sugar
Continue to stir until bubbling
Add bananas
Add rum--be careful, it may ignite a small flame!
Add banana liquor
Add cinnamon
Continue to stir for about 10 seconds
Pour over ice cream
