Crust:
1 c bisquick
c quick rolled oats
c brown sugar
c butter

Middle Layer:
16 oz pumpkin
1 tall can evaporated milk
2 eggs
c sugar
tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
tsp ginger
tsp cloves

Topping:
c pecans, chopped
c brown sugar
2 Tbsp butter

Whipped Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix bisquick, oats, brown sugar, and butter until crumbly. Press into a 9"x13" pan. Bake 10 minutes at 375.

Middle Layer: Beat pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, salt, and spices until well mixed. Pour over crust. Return to oven and bake 25 minutes longer.

Topping: Mix pecans, brown sugar, and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over pumpkin. Return to oven and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer. Cool.
Serve with whipped cream.
