1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup corn syrup 1 egg, beaten 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Put raisins in a cup of Hot water and set aside. Drop a few raisins into tart pastry. Mix all other ingredients together and spoon into uncooked tart pastry 1/2 full. Bake in 375º oven for 20-25 minutes.
