3 cups Sweet Potatoes
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
cinnamon to taste


Topping

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup pecans or walnuts
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
If you use fresh potatoes boil until tender or use canned potatoes. Drain potatoes and beat until light and fluffy. Combine all ingredients and bake in 350 oven for 50 minutes.
Topping
Mix all ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil. Spread on top of potatoes and return to oven and cook until bubbly. You may add miniature marshmallows if you desire. and brown.

Another Holiday favorite. If I make it, the kids are happy, if I don't, there is a rebellion. You can reduce sugar if it is too sweet for your liking.
