2 cups yellow squash, cooked drained and mashed
2 beaten eggs
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated sharp cheese
10 green onions with tops
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter until tender. Mix with all other ingredients except crackers. Pour in buttered glass bake ware- Top with crushed crackers. Bake 25-30 minutes in 400 oven.

This is a favorite on the Holiday table. As the kids grow older they grow also to enjoy this dish. I always double this recipe. Leftovers are terrific.
