1 c. brown sugar (packed) 1/2 c. flour 1 c. pecans (chopped) 2/3 c. butter (melted) 2 eggs (beaten)
Combine brown sugar, flour and pecans and set aside. Combine butter and eggs; mix well. Stir into flour mixture until moistened. Fill paper lined muffin cups, 2/3 full. Bake at 350ºF for 20-25 min. or until they test done. Remove and cook on racks.
