1/2 c. oil
4 oz unsweetened chocolate (melted)
2 c. sugar
4 lg. eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. powder sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, chocolate and sugar. Add one egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla, salt, flour and baking powder. Chill overnight, for several hours. Heat oven to 350F. Shape dough into balls af about one tsp. Roll in powder sugar. Place balls 2 inches apart on a well greased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 min.
