1 pkg. Duncan Hines butter yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, undrained


Frosting:

2 (3 oz.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Place cake ingredients in large bowl. Beat 4-5 minutes. Pour into 2 greased cake pans and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Cool. Combine vanilla pudding mix with crushed pineapple; stir. Fold in Cool Whip and frost cooled cake layers. Refrigerate (preferably overnight). Garnish with chopped pecans.
