1 stick butter
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup nuts, chopped (walnuts or pecans)
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 9 oz. Kool Whip
1 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 1/2 cups milk

Combine first three ingredients for the crust. Press into bottom of 13X9X2 pan.
Bake 20 minutes @ 350 degrees.Cool.

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Kool Whip - Spread over crust.

Blend the two puddings with milk until thick - Spread on top of cream cheese mixture.

Top with remaining Kool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
