1- 5 lb. Chicken, disjointed
1/2 c. Soy sauce
1/4 tsp. Ginger
1/4 c. Honey
1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/2 c. chopped Green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange chicken, skin side down, in single layer in baking dish, cover. Bake at 350F for 2 hours. Combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and dry mustard. Drain most of the drippings from baking pan and turn chicken. Spoon sauce over chicken, cover, bake few minutes longer. Uncover, bake until chicken is browned. Sprinkle chicken with onion, serve hot. Serves 8.
