Medium onion
2 lb hamburger
1 lb bacon
2 -16 oz cans each of pork n' beans
Kidney beans, drained
Butter beans, drained
2 T mustard
2 c catsup
2 c brown sugar
2 T vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger & drain, in the same skillet fry the bacon and then add the onion. DRAIN the bacon fat & add the hamburger back to skillet. Add the beans and the rest of the ingredients. MIX well then put in Bean Pot to bake in the oven.
BAKE 350 until bubbly. Doubling this recipe is fine especially for this large family.

My kids would eat this for a meal along with bread and hide some for the next day in the refrigerator.
