1 head of cabbage, diced
chopped green onions (I use 3 bunches)
slivered almonds, as many as you would like
1-2 Tbs. sesame seed seasoning
1 pkg. of Top Ramen noodles, broken (I use 2 pkgs. for a medium-sized head of cabbage)
1-1/2 cups of oil
2 Tbs. red wine vinegar

Directions:
Mix together cabbage, green onions, almonds, sesame seed seasoning and noodles. Mix the oil, vinegar and the seasoning packet from the Top Ramen noodle package and pour over cabbage mixture, mixing lightly, and let stand for at least one hour to blend the flavors.
