1 - 1 1/2 lbs. cooked, shredded chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups milk
1 cup cheddar cheese
2 cans refrigerator biscuits
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9" x 13" pan. Preheat oven to 425. Spread chicken on the bottom of the dish. Mix soup with milk and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle cheese over the mixture. Place biscuits on top to cover. Bake 10 minutes or until biscuits are browned. Turn biscuits over, and bake an additional 10 minutes or until browned.

Using just plain cream of chicken soup works best.
I always use Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits.
