1 Avocado 1/4 c. frozen peas (thawed) 1 Tbsp. lime juice 1 medium tomato, quartered 1/4 c. onion (chopped) 1-2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves 1 small jalapeņo chile pepper, seeded 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
Cut avocado in half lengthwise around the seed, scoop the flesh into a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients. Place the mixture into a food processor or blender and pulse mix to the desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste.
