1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 medium chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can tomato soup
2 cups water
2 Tbs. soy sauce
1 cup chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, onion and celery in 2 Tbs. of fat. Add rice, the soups, water and soy sauce. Do not add any salt. Pour into an oiled casserole dish and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles and return to oven for 20 minutes.
