2 cups cooked long grain rice (not Minute Rice)
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbs. margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into shallow baking dish (approximately 9x9) and bake at 375 for 45 minutes. We usually stir it half way through the cooking time to mix the cinnamon. Serve warm or let cool -- either way it's yummy!
