Ingredients:
Ingredients:
pasta - rigatoni, penne or spiral works best
3-4 chicken breasts
2 Tbs. butter or olive oil
1 packet (dry) Good Seasons Italian Dressing
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
1 Tbs. mustard
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (the low fat kind works fine)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta and set aside. Cook and cube the chicken breasts in the microwave with the butter or olive oil and the packet of Italian dressing and set aside. In a saucepan on the stove combine the cream of mushroom soup and the milk. Stir until creamy. Add the mustard and cream cheese to soup mixture and stir until cream cheese is melted and creamy. Add all of the chicken mixture, including butter and olive oil, to the soup mixture, and stir until well blended.

Serve pasta and sauce separately in bowls, letting people pour sauce over pasta, or combine pasta with sauce and serve.

Personal Notes:
If you like mushrooms, a can of sliced mushrooms can be added during the cooking process.

A little more mustard can be added if you like a bit more zip!
