1/2 cup plain yogurt (or a fruit flavor if you prefer)
1/2 cup orange juice
3/4 + fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, bananas in any combination - frozen berries can also be used)
1 Tbs. honey
1/2 cup ice (or a little less if using frozen fruit)

Place all ingredients in a blender; blend for about 2 minutes or until smooth.
