2 lb hash brown potatoes thawed 1 stick margarine melted 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1 pt. sour cream 1/2 tsp. salt 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated 1 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup bread crumbs
Pre-heat oven to 350. Combine hash browns, chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, margarine, onion, salt, and pepper. Place in baking dish, top with bread crumbs and bake 1 hour @ 350.
