6 eggs
2 cups of milk
6 slices of bread, toasted and crumbled
1 pound of jimmy dean sausage
8 ounces of chedder cheese grated
1 teaspoon of dry musturd

brown sausage, cool and drain
beat eggs, add milk, salt, cheese and musturd
beat again
add bread and sausage
and stir
put in a greased baking dish, 13" by 9"
bake 350 for 40-45 mins until firm
