Cooked diced Chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper
1 1/2 cup minute rice, uncooked
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch glass casserole pan. Mix soup and rice together. Mix in chicken. Bake in 275 oven for 2 1/2 hour, uncovered.

This is a favorite of the Newton kids when they visit Grandma's house. I am sure that now Grandma would have to make 3 pans to feed the never ending stomach's of Josh, Andy and Jake.
