1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups flour
1 cup sour milk
1 1/2 cup rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg.
Add dry ingredients alternately with sour milk. ( to make sour milk just add 1 tsp. vinegar to milk.) Stir in Rhubarb. Top with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Bake in 350 oven for 35 minutes.
