1 Ciabatta Bread
5 oz. Cooked sliced Chicken
2 oz. red sundried tomato pesto
2 oz. green pesto
lettuce
onion
2 thick slices Mozzerella
Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Spread red pesto on one side of the ciabatta and green on the other. Place lettuce and onions on bottom piece. Put one slice of cheese on top. Lay out the chicken and cover with yet another slice of mozz. Drizzle with olive oil and make a sandwich. Now place sandwich into panini press or George Forman and let sit until cheese is slightly melted.
