10-12 medium potatoes
1 medium onion
6 cloves garlic
1 sprig fresh rosemary
1/4-1/3 cup olive oil
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cube potatoes, chop onion, peel garlic, and remove rosemary leaves from stem. Toss all together with olive oil, salt and pepper. Cook in large baking dish covered with foil at 350 for 35 minutes. Uncover and cook 20 more minutes or until done.
