1 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
2 cups oats

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the margarine, sugars, eggs and peanut butter. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together. Press in greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 17-20 minutes. Let cool. Spread with peanut butter and then chocolate frosting (see my chocolate frosting recipe under Miscellaneous).

It is your choice of how much peanut butter you want to use on top. Also, you can use store bought chocolate frosting instead of homemade.
