Egg and Sausage Casserole Recipe

4 slices torn bread
6 beaten eggs
2 cups milk
1 lb ground sausage
1 cup grated sharp cheese
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
dash of pepper

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare 13 x baking pan with non stick spray.

Brown and drain sausage.

Place bread in dish cover with egg mixture and sausage. Sprinkle with cheese; top with milk.

Bake for 35 - 40 minutes. Cheese will rise to top.

Can add peppers, mushrooms, olives etc.

Can be made the night before.
