1 stick Margarine
1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup Flour
1/2 cup Pecans, chopped
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 cup Cool Whip (set aside extra for use later)
1 large pkg. Chocolate Instant Pudding
3/4 cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt:
1 stick Margarine

Hand mix together in melted margarine:
1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup Flour
1/2 cup Pecans, chopped

Press into a 9x13 pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool.

Mix together:
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 cup Cool Whip (set aside extra for use later)

Mix well and spread on cooled first layer.

Beat together until thick (about 3 or 4 minutes)
1 large pkg. Chocolate Instant Pudding

3/4 cup Milk

Spread on top of second layer.
Top with a thin coat of Cool Whip.

Sprinkle with Chocolate Shavings, Chocolate Sprinkles or Chopped Nuts.

Refrigerate until time to serve.
