1 pkg. Chocolate Cake Mix
1/3 cup Evaporated Milk
3/4 cup Melted Butter or Margarine
1 - 14 oz. pkg. Caramels
1/3 cup Evaporated Milk
1 cup Pecans or Peanuts, chopped
1 cup Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Hand mix together:
1 pkg. Chocolate Cake Mix
1/3 cup Evaporated Milk
3/4 cup Melted Butter or Margarine

Spread 1/2 of batter into a greased 9x13 pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 6 minutes.

Melt together:
1 - 14 oz. pkg. Caramels
1/3 cup Evaporated Milk

Pour caramel mixture over baked mixture in 9x13 pan.

Sprinkle over caramel:
1 cup Pecans or Peanuts, chopped
1 cup Chocolate Chips

Dab on remaining cake batter.
Bake at 325 degrees for 18 minutes or until done.(Clean toothpick test)
Cool and cut into squares.
