1/2 c. butter or oleo - softened
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tbs. baking cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. shredded peeled zucchini
2 c. (12 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips.

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugar. Beat in oil, eggs, vanilla. Combine dry ingredients alternately with the buttermilk. Stir in zucchini. Pour into greased 13/9 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool.
