1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 pkg. (3.4oz.) instant banana cream pudding mix 1/4 c. oil 4 eggs 1 c. water 1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas 3/4 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Combine first 5 ingredients. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add bananas-mix well. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased 13 X 9 pan. Bake at 350º for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool. Can dust with powdered sugar or frost.
