1 10oz. chopped frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
1 c. sour cream
1 8oz. cream cheese
1 c. black olives, chopped
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 tbsp. jalapeņos
2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 clove of garlic, chopped

Place all ingredients in crock pot until melted.

Serve with tortilla chips!
