1 lb. round steak
1 or 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
flour
salt
pepper
potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak in small strips, salt and pepper to taste, coat with flour. Brown in skillet with oil. Drain oil from pan. In bowl mix soup with enough water to make a thin gravy . Peel and slice potatoes, place over browned steak, pour soup mixture over potatoes and steak. Simmer until tender.
