6 eggs
6 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. sugar
6 c. milk
3 Tbs flour
2 c. whipping cream (or light cream)
4 c. evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs -- add sugar and flour (mix flour with sugar good before beating into eggs). Scald the 6 c. milk and add to egg mixture. Return mixture to low heat, stirring constantly until thick. Cool, then add vanilla, whipping cream and evaporated milk and freeze. Makes one gallon. Any fruit may be added to this . I use bananas, which is really delicious.
