3/4 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. + 2 Tbs flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine shortening and sugar until light; then add eggs and mix well; then add milk and mix. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; then add to wet mixture and mix well. Drop from a teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet and bake in a moderate oven (375F) for 15 minutes.
