1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 can (8 oz.) tomatoes
3/4 cup water
1 package (10 oz.) Italian frozen vegetable mixture
1 cup Minute Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in skillet. Add salt, tomatoes, water, and vegetables. Bring to full boil. Stir frequently. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Bring to a boil; stir in rice. Cover and remove form heat, let stand for 5 minutes.
