Ingredients:  
1/2 C. Raw Rice 1 C. Sugar
4 C. Milk 4 Eggs
2 C. Water 1 tsp. Salt
Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice, milk and water for about 40 min. or until tender and slightly thick. Beat sugar, eggs, and salt. Pour a little rice mixture into sugar mixture then combine with remaining rice and cook about 2 min. stirring constantly. Do not over cook as it will curdle. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
