1 can cream of chicken soup 4 tbsp. sherry ╝ tsp. garlic powder 4 chicken breasts 1 onion diced 1 tbsp. tomato paste 1 small package fresh mushrooms, sliced
SautÚ mushrooms in olive oil or butter. Put everything in 2 qt. casserole dish and bake at 325 for at least an hour and 15 minutes. (Cover with foil). Can put in a couple tablespoons of sour cream at end. Also can substitute golden mushroom soup for mushrooms.
