3 c sliced peaches
c sugar
c flour
tsp salt
tsp nutmeg
1 c heavy cream
1 unbaked 9 pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Add dry ingredients to peaches and toss lightly. Turn into fruit pie crust and pour cream over the top. Bake at 400 for 35 to 45 minutes, or until firm. Cool well before serving.
